Hi there! I'm looking to share a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with 2 quiet, tidy, non-smoking roommates in the Britannia area (1 block from the river/miles of trails).
This apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, large living room and dining room, and large kitchen. We also have ample storage space, our own laundry room, and a treatment room/extra room in the basement. There is one large bathroom that we would share.
There are two decks, one covered and one open, a large driveway, and a back yard.
Rent is $600 all inclusive (except wifi which is $20/mo).
I am a healthy female, who tends to keep fairly quiet, works full time, and loves a very clean and tidy house. I am respectful of others and I am looking for someone else who wants similar things their roommates. I also happen to be into a healthy spiritual lifestyle.
