Looking for a student roommate from Aug or Sept until the end of the school year. I own a townhome with 3 bedrooms, the room for rent is in the finished basement and includes a private half bathroom. The main bathroom will need to be shared. Laundry is in the basement as well.
Furnishings include a double bed, wardrobe, closet, and chair. The 4x4 shelves shown in the photo will not be in the room, it will be moved out to be used as extra cupboard space in the kitchen/dining room.
I am looking for a roommate who is quiet and respectful of others space. Parties, etc. will not be allowed. Female roommates only please.
One parking spot is available. Public transit is within a 5 minute walk and takes approx. 10 minutes to get to Algonquin College.
$500 rent includes furnished room, kitchen use, laundry use, and unlimited wifi. Rent does not include hydro, half of the hydro bill will be added to the rent each month (expect around $35 in the summer to $150 in the winter).
