I have a large room with a large closet for rent in my townhouse available immediately. You will share all the common areas of the house with myself. I have internet, cable, Netflix and Shomi. There is also a wood burning fire place in the livingroom area. There is a small fenced back yard and a basement for storage if needed as well. There is also a parking space available if you need one. I have a 5 year old cat who is quite well behaved.
This location has bus stops close by and it is also only a short distance to Algonquin College(9 mins by car - 19 mins by bus), Ottawa U(14 mins by car - 40 mins by bus) and Carleton U(9 mins by car - (25 mins by bus).
I am willing to accept $650 if you do not have a car.
I am looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean, mature, responsible, respectful and quiet.
