I am looking for a roommate to share this large, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Westboro!
Located on Tillbury just off Carling and Churchill. This is a 3rd floor apartment (top floor), north/south facing. It has a large kitchen and living room, the bedrooms are well sized (10' by 11' with a closet) and a normal sized bathroom with full shower/tub. There is coin operated laundry on the bottom floor, along with a storage locker that can be shared (they are assigned per apartment). Additionally parking and a garage can be available for a cost - must require with the landlord. No smoking in the apartment.
You will be walking distance to the hub of Westboro! You can easily get downtown or around the city by transit; bus 85 and 150 are at the corner and westboro station is close by. There are three grocery stores in walking distance, along with all other amenities.
The rent is $535.50, and usually ~$55 each per month splitting the hydro and Internet.
I am a young female professional and work at Algonquin College. I enjoy sports, crafts, music, and am a big fan of board games! I am tidy and clean, and enjoy making delicious meals at home. I am looking for someone to join in on this great apartment, young professionals preferred.
